This class is held on Wednesdays from January 29th-March 11th (except the 1st class on Jan. 29th which starts at 11:30am) at the Monona Senior Center. The Stepping On Workshop can help you avoid a dangerous and costly fall so you can keep doing the things you love. In 7 weeks you'll learn:
- To identify and remove or avoid fall hazards in around your home
- How vision, hearing, medications, and footwear affect your risk of falling
- Strength and balance exercises you can adapt to your individual level
- To get back on your feet the right way if you do fall
